I was a patient at Fountain Valley Post Acute for seven weeks. I could provide a detailed review for everyone that works there and every person there would get a very positive review however, that would take much more time than I have. I simply want to say thanks to everyone there that helped me through what was the largest medical crisis that I ever had to deal in my life. Also, they provided an empathetic atmosphere which in my opinion is the most critical component that I required. My mom stayed for a brief duration following a stroke. While no one wants to be in a rehab facility, I must compliment the staff. Samar and Javier, as well as her social worker and doctor, were kind, patient, and very warm. I don’t think my mom loved her meals, but the staff went above and beyond. Truly above and beyond. Her physical therapist was encouraging and patient. The facility is clean and well organized. No one likes spending time in a rehabilitation facility and recovery can be hard, but I appreciate the kindness of everyone there.
Samar is the sweetest person to greet the clients and patients. I am always happy to see her and she is so positive and kind. She is one of a kind and a huge asset to the facility. The nursing staff was also kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. However, the food wasn’t very good but the staff was amazing!
