I was a patient at Fountain Valley Post Acute for seven weeks. I simply want to say thanks to everyone there that helped me through what was the largest medical crisis that I ever had to deal with at in my life. Also, they provided an empathetic atmosphere which in my opinion is the most critical component that I required. While here at Fountain Valley acute care, I was fourtunate to have a Wound Care nurse named Raceli Poitras assigned to me. I’m writing this review because Raceli went above and beyond what I expected from her. She is a positive, responsible and highly skilled force here and I consider myself fortunate to have known her and received treatment from her!
